These terms apply when you use AI Gurucool (aigurucool.com). By creating an account, you agree to them. AI Gurucool is operated by [to be confirmed: operator legal name] ("we", "us").

1. Who can use AI Gurucool

You must be 18 or over. During the free Beta, AI Gurucool is offered to users in India. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. One account is for one person.

2. What AI Gurucool does

AI Gurucool is your AI Mentor & Coach: an AI that helps you plan and carry out a job change through eight steps, starting with defining your career niche. Human Mentors review some of your work, such as your niche. We always show whether something comes from the AI or from a person.

• The AI suggests; you decide. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Check it before you rely on it.
• Mentor feedback is guidance from experienced professionals, not legal, financial or professional advice.
• We don't guarantee interviews, offers or any particular result from using AI Gurucool.
• Nothing is sent outside AI Gurucool on your behalf (for example, a message or a post) without your approval.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload or write, such as your resume and job descriptions. You give us permission to store and process that content only to provide the service to you, including sending the parts a task needs to our AI provider and showing your niche to the Mentor reviewing it. You confirm you have the right to upload it, and that it doesn't include other people's personal data beyond what a resume normally contains.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• give false information or pretend to be someone else;
• upload anything unlawful, harmful or that you don't have the right to share;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of AI Gurucool, or access other users' data;
• scrape, copy or resell the service, or use it to build a competing product;
• use AI Gurucool to harass, spam or mislead anyone.

5. The free Beta

AI Gurucool is in a free Beta. Features may change, pause or be removed while we improve it. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

6. Other services

Some features use other services, such as signing in with Google or booking a call through a scheduling link. Your use of those services is also covered by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using AI Gurucool and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the service at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you why first.

8. Liability

We provide AI Gurucool with reasonable care, but the free Beta is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on AI suggestions or Mentor feedback. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post changes here and update the date above. If a change is significant, we will tell you before it takes effect. If you keep using AI Gurucool after that, the new terms apply.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [to be confirmed: jurisdiction city] have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer under Indian law.
